Sheriff Gary Schuette Makes a Case for New Jail Millage 2024
Jackson County Sheriff Gary Schuette made a presentation to the Norvell Township Board and attending residents regarding the need for the citizenry to pass a .9 mill jail millage for the improvement of the current jail facilities. Safety, Safety, Safety across the board was cited as the major reasons for the improvement. This millage will be on the August 6, 2024 ballot throughout Jackson County, Michigan.
